Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism Video Torngat Mountains National Park

by GK on January 13, 2010

Great new video out from the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Tourism.  In this video, The Torngat Mountains National Park is featured prominently.

I’ve never been to the Torngat Mountains park but this simply looks spectacular.

$1, 500.00 Deer lake to Nain return.
$3,000.00 Nain TNP charter [minimum].
$2.000.00 camping gear, clothing, food, accommodations.
Allow 10% for the unexpected.

Maybe that is why it is mostly government funded folk and Parks Canada funded folk who can make the trek at this time.

What wally said.

Labrador is the next great place to explore. With the new highway in place and full connected, we will see lots of development and interest now that travel is not limited to just air.
