I’m going to try the Property Guys to sell my house privately. Fall River, Nova Scotia is an area of high demand for family homes so I hope it sells quickly.
Has anyone had a positive / negative experience with the PropertyGuys.com?
I signed up for their Self-Serve Package for $299. You can upload and manage your own listing online. The package includes:
- “The Wealthy Home Seller” book
- Web listing
- emailConnectâ„¢ program
- “For Sale” sign
- 3 photos
- 6 month listing
I purchased this self-serve package this morning and within 10 minutes I had a confirmation email from the local PropertyGuys.com representative, June Carey, saying my for sale sign would be installed on my property before noon today.
That seems really fast in my opinion.

I have used the PropertyGuys in monton and in Halifax and sold my home and cottage succesfully! What a great service, I can’t beleive this was created in Atlantic Canada in our own back yard!

How did you make out selling your home?

I sold the house for very near what I was asking. I eventually ended up partnering with a real estate agent who found the house on Property Guys.
I also ran a number of ads in the local papers as well. I’m sure this helped.
Overall my experience was very positive.
